All products on mind-bowling.com are in stock and available for order unless otherwise noted. On occasion, products can potentially become oversold. If this occurs, orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved. Processed orders are subject to payment acceptance and availability.

In the event that additional information is required, we will make multiple attempts to contact you. We will attempt e-mail contact, and await a response within 48 hours. The order is subject to cancellation if there is no response from the customer within 48 hours.

SHIPPING
All packages are processed for shipping within 5-7 business days of your purchase unless otherwise noted. Estimated delivery is to be used as a guide only. Delays are not the responsibility of mind-bowling.com. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All separate orders must be shipped individually and cannot be combined, even if the purchaser has made both orders. Please note that all customers outside of the United States are responsible for the customs fees and or duties that might be charged by their country for import. This amount may vary depending on your country. We are not responsible for additional charges due to customs. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
