Return Policy
Due to the limited nature of Mind Bowling products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on items that have been delivered.
Refunds and Exchanges:
To be eligible for a size exchange or store credit, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the item at team.mindbowling@gmail.com to alert us of the return. We will undergo a product review to determine if the goods are eligible for size exchange or for store credit. If so, we will then provide instruction to return the delivered item to us. Upon receipt of the item we will initiate either the size replacement or store credit coupon
Product Care:
Certain Mind Bowling items may have wrinkles, scratches, markings, scuffs, scrapes, scars, exposed threading, loose stitching, and other notable characteristics that define the look and feel of the product. As certain products are made by hand, items may vary in appearance. Each piece undergoes a quality check before it is shipped out to ensure there are no defects. Please treat each item with care in order to extend the life of the product. We recommend dry clean only for all garments to help longevity, as noted by the instructions on the care tag.
