What size should I order?
We suggest ordering all products true to size unless specifically noted. For help choosing your size please reach out to us at team.mindbowling@gmail.com.
Why does my product have markings?
As most of our products are made by hand you might see markings, scuffs, scrapes, wrinkles, scars, scratches, and more that are characteristic to the material used to make the garment. A high degree of our garments are made by hand and variations and markings may result as each piece is unique. This gives our products character and a life of their own. As special materials are used on our garments please treat them with care to extend the life of the product.
Why is my product a slightly different color?
All item photos are taken in our studio with lighting conditions that might show the product in a different light, thus causing some difference in color appearance. Additionally, computer screen resolution might contribute to differences in color. For any questions please reach out to us at team.mindbowling@gmail.com. Please note, we are not responsible for color differences that might appear on the product.
Are you able to produce custom leather garments?
We generally do not produce custom garments for individual clients, but upon special request we can do so. Rates for custom leather pants and jackets generally start around $3500.00 USD subject to colors/design. For fully custom leather apparel, a non-refundable deposit of $500 must be put down. If an item is on our web store, but your size is out of stock please email us at team.mindbowling@gmail.com and we can discuss custom production of the garment at the listed MSRP.

What is your customs policy?
All customers outside of the United States are responsible for the customs fees and or duties that might be charged by their country for import. This amount may vary depending on your country. Please note we are not responsible for additional charges due to customs.
